Adore: succulents

The sun has been shining and the weather has been warmer the last few days and it has me dreaming of spring.  In an effort to bring some of that spring time dreaming into the house I've made a BIG decision: it's time to introduce house plants into my life.

Now, I've tried before and despite my best intentions every living plant that enters my home always ends up in the trash - dead and broken.  But it's a new year and a chance to redeem myself, although I'm thinking of starting out slow with the easy, low maintenance, and quite honestly beautiful family of plants known as succulents.  They are simple and so fresh looking, these photos alone are enough inspiration for me to give it another go.
